Any agreement for repair, roadside work, diagnostics, towing, or related services may be between you and the relevant third-party provider.

5. Quotes, estimates, and service information

Any prices, estimates, timings, fit explanations, or service descriptions shown in AutoSpec Pro are for general guidance unless explicitly confirmed by the relevant provider.

Final pricing, timing, repair scope, and service terms may vary.

6. Vehicle information

You are responsible for ensuring that any vehicle information you provide, including registration details, ownership-related information, and uploaded documents, is accurate and lawful to share.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• misuse the app or website
• submit false or misleading information
• interfere with the operation or security of the platform
• upload unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing content
• use the platform to harass, threaten, or mislead others

We may suspend or remove access where we believe these Terms have been breached.

8. Subscriptions and payments

Some features may require a paid subscription or separate plan.

Where subscriptions apply:

• charges will be explained before purchase
• access may depend on an active subscription
• renewals, cancellations, and refunds may be subject to the relevant app store or payment provider terms
